REPORT POLLUTION ON LAKE WYLIE
It takes quick action to gather information about the source of potential pollution and to contain its risk to lake water quality, wildlife and persons. There are several systems in place to respond to pollution; don’t hesitate to call any of the numbers below. Leave a message after business hours.
You do not have to identify yourself when you make a report.
Signs of possible pollution: mud/sediment runoff from construction or landscaping sites; fish kills of any size; sewage overflows; unpermitted dumping or discharges of any hazardous materials such as chemicals, pesticides, petroleum products into the lake; foam or excessive bubbles, unusual color or chalky or milky appearance, unusual odor.
